Susan’s design esthetic is inspired by nature’s abundance and beauty. She has deep relationships with growers, farmers and suppliers and is a flower farmer herself. She grows specialty blooms on her property in Petaluma for use in her wedding designs.

As a seasoned floral designer, Susan is well established in the wedding industry, keeping up with trends and new varieties as well as using traditional technique rooted in her deep knowledge and education.

When Susan isn’t working on a wedding or farming, she loves going to farmer’s markets, cooking seasonal dishes for friends and family, reading, spending time with her husband, Thomas, and dog, Flora, (usually outside) and listening to podcasts, audio books and Taylor Swift.
